My name is Justine Kelleher, and helping people sleep has become my passion.

I work with Adults offering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia and work collaboratively with families offering Child Sleep Management Plans and support.

I have been a Registered Nurse in Southern Ireland for the past 18 years.

I am an Accredited Advanced Paediatric Child Sleep Practitioner and an Advanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) Practitioner.

I hold an International Master’s Degree in Sleep Medicine and a Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am a member of the World Sleep Society, Irish Sleep Society, British Sleep Society, and Foyht Health & Wellbeing.

Relevant research on sleep disorders and behavioural sleep disorders is reviewed frequently to inform my practice.

I am a parent of five children so understand the importance of sleep for families.

As a Registerd Nurse I have worked with children with complex medical needs in the community, including tracheostomy and BPAP ventilation, intellectual disabilities, and Autism. I have worked with children and their parents on a specialist team for the past 7 years.

I have also worked in the clinical areas with adults with complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, intellectual disabilities, Autism, and Gerontology.

I trained as a sleep therapist having experienced the detrimental effects of sleep deprivation on families with children that did not sleep, and for many adults suffering with insomnia.
