MY STORY
I am a parent of five children so understand the importance of sleep for families.

As a Registerd Nurse I have worked with children with complex medical needs in the community, including tracheostomy and BPAP ventilation, intellectual disabilities, and Autism. I have worked with children and their parents on a specialist team for the past 7 years.
I have also worked in the clinical areas with adults with complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, intellectual disabilities, Autism, and Gerontology.

I trained as a sleep therapist having experienced the detrimental effects of sleep deprivation on families with children that did not sleep, and for many adults suffering with insomnia.
